Pelham Bay is a privately-operated ambulatory healthcare center located in Pelham Bay neighborhood of the Bronx.

The builders will devote most of the space to community health treatment facilities, while the first floor for commercial space use.  

The project site will provide 278 parking spaces for the new and existing uses on site.

The building presents phase-I of the site development planning.
