The Studio

FMA provides complete Architectural and Design services throughout all phases of design and construction.



We provide architectural services from the early stages of the project, such as programing, zoning and use analysis to help our clients in investments decision. We also work closely with our clients throughout all designs and construction phases to achieve the project’s budget within the design concept.

Our objective is to provide our clients with financially feasible designs to meet the marketplace requirements and ensure project success while achieving quality of design.

We design buildings with an approach of positive impact on the users lives and operations while always looking to deliver unique and custom design to fit the users’ needs of living, working, learning and entertaining.

We are committed to be an advocate for design concepts that will provide durability, impact on operating costs, and ease of maintenance. We always recognize that efficient and sustainable use of materials and systems is an important part of the project program and design process.
